Join me on my culinary arts journey into vegan food and wellness! I am approaching my second year in Culinary Arts Management, focusing on plant-based and vegan food lifestyles. I am passionate about vegan activism and find the science of vegan cookery absolutely amazing. Humans have evolved and created such innovative technology, causing meat and dairy to become relics of the past. It is with this amazement that I challenge the taste buds of my colleagues to see just how delicious (and easy!) vegan meals can be. I look forward to sharing my discoveries with you and displaying what I can only hope to be “game changers”. For those of you who are transitioning to a more plant-based diet, welcome! I am happy to provide insights and tips. For those of you who are already vegan, I commend you and hope you enjoy my content!

I am now starting my second year in the Nutrition and Dietetics Graduate program 🙌 I transitioned from the culinary world to the science realm, now focusing on how to apply vegan and plant-based nutrition to help manage health, wellness, and illnesses. I am excited to one day become a registered dietitian nutritionist (RD/RDN). That time is approaching quickly! Thank you for reading about my ongoing journey. 💚🌱
