Kale Crisps! 💚🌱 I had a craving for something crunchy today and couldn’t help myself. In my continued attempts at eating healthy, kale is a leafy green near and dear to my heart. So when I found that they can also be crisps/chips, I knew they were love at first bite! Here’s my super easy recipe for homemade kale chips. Ready in 20 minutes!
Oven Baked Kale Chips
- 1 standard bunch organic kale
- Vegetable oil
- Kosher salt
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Trim large pieces of kale (crisp/chip size) off the spine and set into a large bowl.
- Add 4 Tbsp vegetable oil and a generous pinch (or 2!) of kosher salt.
- With your fingertips, rub oil and salt generously into each leaf.
- Set leaves onto a baking sheet with a rack (as seen in the photo). Feel free to pile them on, they’ll crisp up just fine!
- Bake for 18 – 20 minutes.
- Allow to cool then enjoy! 😎

These crispy delights are full of fiber, iron, and calcium, packing way more nutrients and fewer calories than any standard chip (including any store-bought kale chips). Homemade is the way to go for these guys. Have a lovely day!
