Edible Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough πŸͺ

1 15 oz. can chickpeas, drained and rinsed (-OR- 1 1/2 cups cooked, unsalted chickpeas)
2 Tbsp maple syrup -OR- agave nectar, to taste
1/4 cup natural peanut butter
2 Tbsp dry oatmeal
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup vegan miniature chocolate chips (add more to your preference)

Directions:

1. Add all ingredients except the chocolate chips to a food processor. Blend until well combined.

2. Taste and adjust flavorings to your preference.

3. Add chocolate chips and stir/fold together until incorporated. Optional: Chill the mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes before eating.

4. Grab a spoon and enjoy!
