Now introducing the quickest and most highly requested meal in my home’s rotation: Tahini Garlic Noodles π€€ With just a few ingredients, you can have a dinner that never ends in leftovers! If you’re in a food rut and need some inspiration, try making these noodles tonight π
Tahini Garlic Noodles
- 12 oz. uncooked noodles of choice
- 6 garlic cloves, finely minced
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce (sub. tamari for gluten-free option)
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp organic sesame oil
- 1 tbsp agave nectar (or maple syrup)
- 2 tbsp organic tahini
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 – 1 tsp crushed red pepper (to taste – spicy!)
1. Place a pot of salted water over high heat and bring to a boil. Cook the noodles according to the package directions.
2. While youβre waiting, combine the other ingredients (except garlic) into a medium bowl and whisk until combined. The garlic is cooked in the next step!
3. Add a small amount of olive oil to a sautΓ© pan over medium heat and sautΓ© the minced garlic until golden brown. Watch the garlic closely to avoid burning! π₯
4. Add the cooked garlic immediately to the prepared sauce mix and whisk to combine.
5. Once the noodles are cooked, drain the pasta water and immediately add the prepped sauce. Mix the sauce and noodles to combine.
6. Bonus: add steamed vegetables and/or cooked tofu to this dish for a complete meal!
7. Garnish with sesame seeds (optional) and slurp the noodles! Enjoy π

This recipe can be made even quicker if you buy packages of precooked ramen noodles π Feel free to customize to your liking: vegetables, tofu, seitan strips, or use the sauce as a dip (I’ll never tell) π I hope you enjoy this recipe. Have a lovely day! π π±

Looks yummy!! I always love your recipes. Gonna try with gluten-free noodles.
