Ingredients

1 cup Almond Milk, Unsweetened
ΒΌ cup Chia Seeds
ΒΌ cup Cacao powder, 100%
2-3 Tbsp Maple Syrup, 100% β OR β Agave Nectar
Β½ tsp Vanilla Extract, Pure 100%
Method
- Vigorously whisk the almond milk, chia seeds, cacao powder, maple syrup/agave nectar, and vanilla
extract in a large bowl or storage container until well combined. - Make sure to incorporate any cacao
powder sticking to the sides and bottom. - Divide the chia mixture into two individual servings. Cover and refrigerate until thick (at least 4 hours, if possible).
- Garnish the top of each portion with berries or other toppings, if
