Fruit and Protein Bowl
- 5 medium strawberries, quartered
- 1 banana, sliced
- 2 Tbsp all-natural peanut butter (sub. another nut butter if needed/desired)
- 1 Tbsp hemp seeds
- 1/2 Tbsp vegan chocolate chips (Enjoy Life brand is my favorite!)
- Dash of organic ground cinnamon
- Add all ingredients to a medium bowl, mix gently, and enjoy! Feel free to substitute with other berries and fruits per your taste preference š

Pairing fruits with nuts and seeds will help provide protein and also help satisfy your appetite longer than fruits alone! Try to eat a variety of fruits and proteins every day šš± Have a lovely day!
