Easy Snack – Fruit and Protein Bowl

Need a quick, refreshing bite to beat the heat? Say no more! Assemble this fruit and protein bowl to make sure you “eat your water” and stay hydrated šŸ’¦

Fruit and Protein Bowl

  • 5 medium strawberries, quartered
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp all-natural peanut butter (sub. another nut butter if needed/desired)
  • 1 Tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1/2 Tbsp vegan chocolate chips (Enjoy Life brand is my favorite!)
  • Dash of organic ground cinnamon
  1. Add all ingredients to a medium bowl, mix gently, and enjoy! Feel free to substitute with other berries and fruits per your taste preference 😁
